Chilean Firefighters Revive Dog After It Succumbs to Smoke in Fire

Firefighters battling an apartment blaze in Santiago, Chile Monday left no man or dog behind. This dog was found unconscious in one of the burning apartments. It had collapsed due to smoke inhalation. But down on the streets, medics resuscitated the dog with the help of an oxygen mask. No one was injured in the fire, but at least three families are now homeless. The cause of the fire remains unknown. The dog, which suffered a few burns, is back with its owners and is recuperating.
